You agree not to submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information about any vehicle. Providing false information may result in the offer being withdrawn.

Any price range or estimate provided through our online offer tool is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed offer or binding contract. The estimate is calculated based on the information you provide, including vehicle year, make, model, mileage, and condition.

The final offer price is subject to:

• Physical inspection of the vehicle
• Verification of the vehicle’s actual condition, completeness, and any missing parts
• Verification of proof of ownership and title status
• Current scrap metal and used vehicle market prices at the time of pickup
• Confirmation that the vehicle matches the description provided

We reserve the right to adjust, revise, or withdraw any offer based on the results of vehicle inspection or if information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

5. Proof of Ownership & Title Requirements

Houston Cash For Junk Cars requires proof of legal ownership before purchasing any vehicle. Acceptable proof of ownership includes a valid title in the seller’s name. We require a valid title for vehicles from model year 2016 and newer — we are unable to purchase these vehicles without a standard title. For vehicles from model year 2015 and older, alternative proof of ownership may be accepted in some circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Current vehicle registration
• License renewal documentation
• Bill of sale
• Lien release documentation
• Insurance card

Acceptance of alternative proof of ownership is at our sole discretion and is subject to review. We reserve the right to decline any purchase where ownership cannot be reasonably verified. Selling a vehicle you do not own or have authority to sell may constitute fraud and is subject to applicable state and federal laws.

6. Service Area

Our vehicle pickup services are available within the Houston metropolitan area and surrounding zip codes. If you are outside our service area, we may refer you to partner services such as Peddle (855-758-3599) who operate in your region. A referral to a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement and we are not responsible for the terms, offers, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Free Towing & Pickup

Free vehicle towing and removal is included with all completed vehicle purchases within our service area. Free towing is contingent upon the completion of a vehicle sale at an agreed price. We reserve the right to charge for towing if a seller cancels after pickup has been scheduled without reasonable notice.

8. Privacy & Data Use

When you submit our online form, we collect the personal information you provide including your name, phone number, email address, zip code, and vehicle information. This information is used to:

• Contact you regarding your vehicle offer request
• Route your lead to a licensed vehicle buyer in our network
• Improve our services and website
• Comply with applicable legal requirements
